The Tualatin Valley Elks Lodge #2780 sits on SW Warm Springs Street in Tualatin, and the moment you walk through the door, you understand why members keep coming back. It's a compact, close-knit space where the handshakes are real and the food is genuinely good. Reviewers rave about the pulled pork sandwich, loaded with sides, as the kind of meal that makes a first-time visitor feel like a regular.

But the food is just the beginning. Events like the annual Trunk or Treat draw families from across the Tualatin Valley, with members like Marissa putting in the kind of hands-on effort that turns a parking-lot party into a neighborhood tradition grandkids ask about all year. A near-perfect 4.9-star rating across 28 reviews tells you this lodge punches well above its size.

Elks Lodge #2780 is chartered under the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, a national fraternal organization with deep roots in veterans support, youth programs, and community giving. Here in Tualatin, those values show up in tangible ways: volunteer hours, charitable contributions, and a room full of people who actually know each other's names.

Community service is baked into the lodge's mission. Members regularly organize charitable drives, sponsor local youth programs, and support veterans in the area. If you want to do more than write a check, this is a place where your time and energy actually move the needle.

"First time here, was invited for a special event. The featured pulled pork sandwich with all the sides was awesome. Took a few pictures of the inside. This lodge is on the smaller side and is a little older, but they are raising money to do some upgrades. Bathrooms were clean, I appreciated that. Everyone that I met was really nice. Update: went back a week later to volunteer to help put together holiday food boxes for those in need. A total of 136 families were helped this year. Lots of work, but fun to be with like minded people."

The Elks gave America
Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
